Cancellation Policy
Any no call no shows will be charged 75% of the service if there is no notice within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If there is no notice you will need to book online again for a later date. Rescheduling is allowed ONCE, after this the no show fee will be charged and you’ll have to pay another deposit. A deposit is required for all appointments the remaining balance will be charged at the time of the appointment. Please come with bare nails if you’re a new client! 15 min grace period is provided, after 15mins your appointment will be cancelled. Please no extra guests! Happy booking🤍
